Ontario Premier Doug Ford is applauding the federal financial-aid package to help during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ford, who enacted a province-wide state of emergency Tuesday, also says Prime Minister Justin Trudeau made the tough but right decision to close the Canada-U.S. border to travellers.
