As the number of active COVID-19 cases in Canada becomes less alarming, Dr. Theresa Tam says there's also good news about people who have had the disease recovering from it. But the trouble in the economy continues, and Agriculture Minister Marie-Claude Bibeau says the federal government is working on buying surplus food from producers whose markets have dried up and sending it to food banks.
