Legault sounds alarm over COVID-19 community spread

Premier Francois Legault says the time to stop community spread of COVID-19 cases and prevent a second wave is now. Eight regions are now considered at an early warning stage and with infection numbers steadily rising, Legault called on Quebecers to show solidarity, reduce gatherings and be more cautious.
