B.C. to introduce vaccine card for activities, events, restaurants

B.C. officials have announced that a card showing proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required in order for residents to access a wide range of social and recreational activities, starting with at least one dose by Sept. 13. Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry says the temporary measure will help reduce transmission of the virus amid a spike in cases of the Delta variant.
