Kevin Olsen of Edmonton has been practicing taekwondo for 35 years. He says martial artists around the world have been devastated they can't train due to the pandemic. That's why he is he has organized a demonstration called Break for a Breakthrough. More than 100 martial artists from around the world — including India, Poland, and Malaysia — broke a board to re-energize and snap out of their pandemic fatigue.
