Premier Horgan says U.S. cruise passengers will still want to visit B.C.

American legislation is in the works that would allow U.S. cruise ships to permanently bypass Canadian ports. If passed, it could mean billions lost for B.C.'s tourism industry. B.C. Premier John Horgan isn't worried yet.
