Alberta's Kenney dismayed by Supreme Court carbon tax decision

Alberta Premier Jason Kenney says he is disappointed by the Supreme Court upholding the right of the federal government to impose the carbon tax. Kenney calls it a dangerous intrusion into provincial rights on developing natural resources. He says Alberta will now look at options but will work to ensure any levy imposes the least cost to consumers.
