Barge stuck on Alabama dam floods Miss. yards

Officials say a barge has been stuck against a dam in Alabama since Saturday, causing flooded yards in Mississippi. The barge can't be removed from the Tom Bevill Lock and Dam in Aliceville, Alabama, until the water goes down. (June 16)
