Engineer from Penticton, B.C., charged in four fatal shootings

A city employee has been charged with four counts of murder after a series of shootings in Penticton, B.C. Sixty-eight-year-old John Brittain is charged in the deaths of two men and two women. RCMP Supt. Ted De Jager said those killed were in their 60s and 70s, but police are not releasing any further information about the victims.
