Newsroom Ready: Trudeau exonerates Chief Poundmaker

More than 130 years after he was charged and convicted of felony-treason, Chief Poundmaker is exonerated of the unjust charge by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Trudeau visited Poundmaker Cree Nation to deliver his statement of exoneration in front of many of First Nations residents and leaders who says Poundmaker was a peacekeeper, not a rebel.
