Large parts of southern Ontario are digging out after a major snowstorm hit the region. Forecasters now say a frigid few days are in store as a deep freeze crawls across Manitoba and into Ontario. Daytime high temperatures are expected to drop to minus 30 degrees Celsius in Winnipeg today. And it isn't any better south of the border, with wind chills in northern Illinois expected to dip to minus 48 degrees Celsius.
