Prime Minister Mark Carney has garnered support from business leaders for how he's managing Canada's relationship with the U.S., which he says is "deep" and "enduring" despite a shift in trade. Speaking at a conference in Toronto hosted by BMO and Eurasia Group, the prime minister said the trade relationship has moved to become more transactional, but that both countries are working to find balance.
