Federal Industry Minister Melanie Joly says automotive plant Stellantis's decision to move its planned production of its Jeep Compass from Brampton, Ont., to Illinois is completely unacceptable. She says the company has commitments under different types of agreements, and the government will push it and hold it to account. (Oct. 15, 2025)
