The military officer charged with overseeing the complicated logistical challenge of distributing vaccine, Maj.-Gen. Dany Fortin, says the first Moderna doses will be delivered next week. He also says officials are preparing to expand the number of vaccine delivery sites next week to 100 from 14 as more doses of the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines start to flow into the country.
