A decision to increase production of the Pfizer-BioNTech its COVID-19 vaccine means shipments are going to be delayed. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says the delay affects all countries receiving the vaccine produced at Pfizer’s European plant, but he says that doesn’t change Canada’s goals in the short-term.
