Feds look to adopt spirit of Jordan's Principle rule during appeal, Miller says

Indigenous Services Minister Marc Miller says First Nations children won't go without services that non-Indigenous can easily receive even while the government appeals a human rights tribunal order. Miller says there are jurisdictional issues the government wants settled. In the meantime, his department is looking to enact changes in the spirit of the ruling.
