Ottawa is relatively silent with a lack of horns as anti-vaccine mandate protests enter their 15th day. But the block of Wellington Street that abuts the downtown offices of the prime minister remains clogged with trucks of all sizes, including big rigs, pick-ups and at least one camper trailer, along with porta potties and numerous barbecues.
