Newsroom Ready: Foreign Affairs minister refuses Zelenskyy's plea for no-fly zone

Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly says Canada will not cross the "red line" into international conflict by enforcing a no-fly zone in Ukraine, despite President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's passionate plea in the Canadian House of Commons. Joly says Canada wants to support Ukraine in defending its airspace, but will do so by enforcing sanctions against Russia and delivering lethal weapons to Ukraine.
