A Canadian-funded milk processing plant in Ukraine has become a symbol an unlikely symbol of defiance in the face of the Russian invasion, as the local dairy industry continues to develop despite the war. Project manager Andriy Blinovskyy says local farmers will have a hand in managing the new plant, which has been under construction since before the war started.
