A Vancouver family known for its philanthropy is donating $20 million towards an effort to streamline access to addictions treatment. Jill Diamond, executive director of the Diamond Foundation, says the gift is in honour of her brother, Steven, who died from fentanyl while waiting to get access to supports. (June 12, 2023)
