Quebec police declare 1975 murder cold case solved

Police in Longueuil, Que., say DNA evidence establishes with certainty that Franklin Maywood Romine raped and murdered 16-year-old Sharron Prior in 1975. Police used new DNA analysis techniques to identify Romine, who died in 1982.
