Bob Rae, Canada's ambassador to the United Nations, and Canada’s ambassador in Haiti, Sébastien Carrière, say it’s important to remember the history of foreign military interventions in Haiti. Rae says that Haitians must work together towards a security solution that will lead to a free and fair electoral process.
