Canadians will be able to buy bonds to support Ukraine, prime minister says

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced the measures at the opening of a three-day national gathering of the Ukrainian Canadian Congress in Winnipeg, where he and others denounced Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
