Foreign Affairs Minister Melanie Joly says China's ambassador to Canada has been summoned over concerns from security officials that a Chinese diplomat was involved in targeting Conservative MP Michael Chong and his relatives in Hong Kong. Joly says the government is assessing how China might retaliate if it expels one of it diplomats, as the Opposition Conservatives accuse the Liberals of dragging their feet.
