A Ukrainian grain farmer says emergency storage arrived just in time to save his harvest after the Russian invasion prevented farmers from exporting their crops and drove up the cost of production. Oleh His, who also volunteers in the Ukrainian military, says the war made the growing season incredibly difficult.
