Provincial and territorial Ministers of Health meet on Nov. 7 and 8, in Vancouver to discuss about increasing health-care transfers to provinces and territories. B.C. Minister of Health Adrian Dix, who is hosting the two-day meeting of his counterparts, said positive comments by the prime minister and federal health minister are good news after a year of "radio silence" on money matters.
