Flights have been cancelled at Toronto's Pearson International Airport due to a major winter storm hitting Ontario. Despite the weather threat, people in downtown Montreal say the weather hasn't been too bad aside from slush and ice. But some travellers in Quebec worry their plans will be cancelled.
