Colombia's president has said a deadly attack on a military base could lead to a suspension, or a cancellation, of peace talks with the National Liberation Army (ELN) rebel group. The army has blamed the rebels for firing homemade rockets from a cargo truck that had been parked near a base in Puerto Jordan, a small town in Colombia's Arauca province.
