UK Labour Party leader Keir Starmer said on Friday voters "have spoken and they are ready for change" as an exit poll points to a landslide win for his party in the British election. Labour is on course to win about 410 seats in the 650-seat House of Commons and the Conservatives 131, according to the exit poll.
