Local authorities in the Russian city of Orsk, severely hit by flooding from the Ural River, ordered the evacuation of more people from the city on Monday. More than 6,600 houses were flooded, the city's mayor, Vasily Kozupitsa, said in his Telegram, including 25 schools and kindergartens.
