State-run media says 21 migrants were found dead and many others are missing from a shipwreck Tuesday off Godorya Beach in Djibouti, on a popular route to Yemen. It was the second ship to capsize in almost two weeks. In the earlier incident 38 people died, bringing the death toll to approximately 59 from the two separate incidents.
