TSB, RCMP Newfoundland and Labrador launch investigations into lost Titan submersible

The Polar Prince ship returns to St. John’s, N.L., after participating in a massive international search for the Titan submersible, which officials believe imploded on its descent to the wreck of the Titanic. Kathy Fox, chair of the Transportation Safety Board of Canada, says the board is investigating and Supt. Ken Osmond of the Newfoundland and Labrador RCMP says the force is probing the deaths of the five people on board when it imploded.
