Major-general accepts responsibility for accidental gunshot

A Canadian special forces major-general was fined $2,000 Tuesday for an accidental gunshot fired in Iraq last year. Maj.-Gen. Mike Rouleau says he regrets that the incident has taken attention away from other soldiers.
