Startup hopes anti-drunk driving device replaces breathalyzers

Waterloo, Ontario-based Sober Steering has developed a biosensor that detects alcohol from a driver's skin to prevent drunk driving. The company's COO Catherine Carroll says she hopes the device becomes as common as airbags in cars.
