Advocates call for 'unprecedented' mobilization against climate change in new Parliament

A coalition of environment, labour and Indigenous organizations are urging the new minority Parliament to remember that climate was the number one issue for the voters who elected them. The organizations say Canada must cut emissions twice as fast as the current plan, but also make sure the energy workers whose jobs could be affected are given a path forward to ease their fears.
