Stephen Harper: No plans to reopen assisted suicide debate

As plaintiffs prepare for Wednesday's Supreme Court hearings on assisted suicide, the prime minister says he doesn't intend to reopen the issue. Stephen Harper noted the subject has been before Parliament in the past.
