Fisherman told police he meant 'to get rid of' man at sea

A Cape Breton lobster fisherman was found guilty of manslaughter Saturday in the death of a man at sea. In a videotaped police interview shown to jurors at his trial, Joseph James Landry says he intended "to get rid of" Philip Boudreau.
