Newsroom Ready: Memorial marks 50th anniversary of explosion and fire aboard HMCS Kootenay

Dozens of former crew, their families and dignitaries including Nova Scotia Premier Stephen McNeil were on hand to pay their respects to the victims of HMCS Kootenay. An explosion and fire killed nine of its crew members and injured 53 others.
