Sister on Viola Desmond banknote announcement: 'It's a big day'

The sister of the first Canadian woman to grace a banknote's face is lauding Viola Desmond's courage. Desmond, who will appear on the $10 bill in 2018, was arrested in 1946 for sitting in the whites-only section of a movie theatre.
